This program will give you ideas, some “do’s and don'ts”, and real life examples that demonstrate the best ways to coach in a management environment. It will not however enable you to become an effective coach just by taking the program. To truly master the skill of “great coach”, and become a coaching manager, it will be necessary for you to be able to convert the theory into practice, and continue to practice your skills, as well as continually ask for feedback from the people you work with. Having your own coach will help you develop your own coaching skills even more quickly.

The Coaching Manager consists of:

  • 2-day workshop – which introduces the foundation of “a coach-like approach management style” – covers 16 modules and includes experiential learning.

    The coaching Manager program is personalized to meet your organization’s needs.

  • Laying the foundation is only the beginning. To incorporate a true coach-like approach management style into your day-to-day business environment, a follow-up program where individual coaching sessions support and transition manager’s new learning(s) into new permanent behaviour(s) is available.
